What is the software requirement ?
There is no special software requirement other than Windows Media Player and Real One Player which probably already installed in your computer. If you do not have those player installed you can get it for free from Microsoft and Real respectively.

What is the bandwidth requirement ?
The TV stream ranging from 12 Kbps (Kilo bit per second) to 2 Mbps (2 Mega bit per second), but on average it's 128 kbps. So we recommend that you have internet connection with at least 128 kbps or more to experience the stream better.

Why nothing happen when the streaming link is clicked ?
These can be many factors, most common one might be blocked by the popup blocker software. When you click on the streaming link, QwerQ TV will open the link in the new tiny window so that you won't leave QwerQ TV website which you probably still need it. In this case, you need to disable popup blocker or allowed popup from http://www.qwerq.com/ website only.

Why windows media player appear at the small pop up window ?
You probably have installed a plugin that will automatically play the video on the Window when it found the url extension as .asx, the solution is, right click on the windows media player screen at the small pop up Windows, choose "properties", at the file tab, higlight the location url and copy it. Now open your external Windows Media Player, press CTRL + U, paste the copied url into the box, press OK. The TV should be start playing as normal.

Why media player show not video at all ?
Many TV channels are 24 hours a day but not all, it could be the media server is down for temporarily till the next live broadcasting schedule. However, some TV channels might really broken and not longer available, you can report us by just clicking on the "X report broken" of that channel, it will take just two seconds to send the report. We would remove it until the stream is available again. This could make us to serve you better as this would make only the working link available to users and reduce the broken link as minimum as possible in QwerQ TV guide.

What is 'Live', 'Recorded news' and 'Recorded show' ?
Live is known as the real-time, it's the same between what you are watching on internet with on television. 'Recorded news' is the video news that has been recorded some time (minute or hour or day) ago. 'Recorded show' is just like 'Recorded news' but it's other than news video, such as it can be updated funny videos, music, movies and so on.

How can I find the url of a channel ?
Point your mouse to a particular country or channel on the left menu, right click and choose "Copy Shortcut" for Microsoft Internet Explorer, "Copy Link Location" for firefox user, "Copy link address" for opera user. Then paste it to wherever you need it.
