NASA stands for National Aeronautics and Space Administration. NASA was established on 29 July 1958. It is funded by government with over $16 billion dollars annually. Although the term for "National" on its name, it is rather recognized through worldwide because it has achieved more than the national standard.
NASA Public Channel is for public or everyone.
Whereas, NASA Education Channel broadcasting NASA programs designed for students and teachers.
Daily airtime for both NASA Public and Education is at between 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard or Daylight Time).
